PASTA!

I consider pasta to be one of my specialties. It’s a staple food in my family, and is one of the foods that built Amanda! I cannot imagine my life without pasta. Whether I am stretching the dough through the pasta maker, creating recipes using dried pastas from the store, or experimenting with gluten-free varieties, I will simply never tire of the beauty of pasta. Nothing makes me feel more at home than settling down with a hearty bowl of penne with a hot San Marzano sauce.

I am obsessed with how natural light cascades across different shapes of pasta. The movement of each shape, and how the sauce coats each noodle, is perfect harmony.
